The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Commercial Account Manager to help drive the company’s global growth strategy. You will serve as the primary liaison for key consumer brand clients and strategic partners worldwide. This role blends high-level strategic input with execution-focused responsibilities-ranging from identifying untapped markets and launching new products to managing commercial partnerships and negotiating deals.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute strategic commercial plans that support aggressive global expansion.
- Manage and nurture key client relationships, ensuring delivery against strategic and operational goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in licensing and distribution on a global scale.
- Oversee the rollout of international product launches in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Analyze global market trends to support product innovation and portfolio development.
- Negotiate and manage complex commercial contracts, including licensing and distribution agreements.
- Track and report on commercial KPIs, including sales growth, forecasts, and margin performance.
- Represent the brand at global trade shows and industry conferences to strengthen partnerships and gain market insights.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments-marketing, R&D, regulatory, supply chain, and QA-to ensure timely project execution.
What You Bring
- A solid background in commercial management, business development, or key account roles-preferably in FMCG, consumer health, or medical devices.
- Demonstrated success managing global client relationships and securing high-impact deals.
- Experience in negotiating and executing complex agreements (distribution/licensing).
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities, with confidence dealing with international stakeholders.
- A commercially driven mindset with analytical strength and strategic thinking.
- Ability to perform in a dynamic, collaborative, and results-oriented culture.
- Proactivity, curiosity, and a growth-focused approach to your work.
