Lead a layered technical project within a larger 2025 program that will transform the client advertising offering. Guide product feature development and act as a bridge between program management, tech teams, design, and end-users by:
- Co-lead a small team of engineers alongside the tech lead. Ensure clear communication, alignment, and timely delivery of milestones while fostering motivation and accountability.
- Create a delivery roadmap by scoping and breaking the initiative into manageable work packages, epics, and tickets.
- Translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders, providing updates on progress, challenges, and value delivered.
- Define and prioritize product features based on user needs, business impact, and technical feedback in collaboration with the Tech Lead.
- Oversee timelines, identify risks, and ensure continuous delivery through incremental releases and improvement.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in technical product management, with expertise in complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
- Strong project management and communication skills, bridging technical and business needs.
- Experience with agile methodologies and Ad/MarTech solutions, e-commerce, or data management.
- Fluency in English (Written & Spoken)
Start: February 2025
