Darwin are currently working with a world leading pharmaceutical business who focus on Plasma based therapies.

They are looking for two Senior Process Operators to join the business working in their filling department.

The companies capabilities are sitting at 10,000 units per batch but they have the capacity to complete 16,000 units per batch.

Responsbilities:

• Operate, monitor, and control filling equipment to ensure smooth production. Adjust settings as needed to maintain quality standards.
• Adhere to GMP and SOPs, ensuring that all products meet regulatory and quality requirements.
• Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime. Work with the maintenance team for routine and corrective maintenance.
• Complete accurate records for batch production, equipment usage, and any incidents according to company protocols.
• Proactively identify areas for process improvement and work with the team to implement efficiency measures.
• Mentor junior operators, providing guidance on best practices and training on safety and quality protocols.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years GMP experience
• 2 Years as a Senior Process Operator
• A Grade Cleanroom experience desired
• Fluent Dutch Speaker
