Project Developer – BESS & Solar Parks (m/f/d)

On behalf of a client in the renewable energy sector, we are looking for a motivated Project Developer to strengthen their growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in the development and management of solar parks and battery energy storage (BESS) projects, from early-stage site identification to project approval.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the full project life cycle of BESS and solar projects
• Commission and coordinate planning offices and specialist service providers
• Support in site identification and evaluation together with the acquisition team
• Build and maintain strong relationships with municipalities, authorities, and stakeholders
• Prepare and review project documentation and approval documents

Profile

• 2-3 years of experience in project planning/development of ground-mounted PV systems (or comparable renewable projects)
• Degree in economics, renewable energy, architecture, landscape planning, agricultural sciences, or a similar field
• Strong communicator and team player with a structured working style
• Flexible and proactive problem-solving skills
• Genuine enthusiasm for renewable energies
• Fluent German language skills (spoken & written)
