The Position

• 3D CAD Modelling Mastery: Play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of construction and project processes through precise and accurate 3D CAD modelling.
• Technical Expertise: Take ownership of the timely and compliant creation of planning documents, guaranteeing their constructive accuracy.
• Project Support: Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and construction managers, providing essential support in visualization, calculations, plan reviews, and clarifications.
• Teamwork and Communication: Actively participate in team and project team meetings, fostering effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Your Profile

• Technical Qualifications: Possess a completed apprenticeship as a Draughtsman EFZ Architecture or a qualification as a Technician HF Construction Planning Architecture.
• Proven Experience: Bring several years of practical experience to the table.
• Swiss Standards Mastery: Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Swiss standards and contracts.
• Strong Work Ethic: Exhibit a high degree of personal responsibility, a structured and methodical approach, and a strong aptitude for independent and collaborative work.
• Technical Proficiency: Be well-versed in MS Office and proficient in ArchiCAD (2D, 3D, BIM-3D).
• Language Skills: Fluency in German is essential for effective communication.
