Darwin Recruitment are actively recruiting for an experienced 3rd Line Support Engineer for a Banking client. Our client is looking for Fluent German Speakers.
Job Title: 3rd Line Support Engineer
Tasks: You will work on 3rd level support tickets for a customer in the Banking sector focusing on end-user post go-live for various branches which the client has rolled out to.
Must have Skills:
  • Extensive experience with MS 365, MS Azure & permissions management
  • You have 3rd level support experience ideally in managing complex security -critical systems
  • German native speaker (will consider min. C1 + above)
Contract Length: 3 months + extension
Location: Hybrid – Client is based in North Rhine-Westphalia – Travel once per month to site (travel expenses covered)
Languages: Fluent/Native German, English C1
Rate: €€€ dependant upon experience
