Job Title: HSE Supervisor (14-Month Contract)
Location: Munich / Reinsburg, Germany
Start Date: Within 2 weeks
Contract Length: 14 months (includes a 5-week break in December)
Project Overview:
This position supports a major Green Hydrogen project based in the Munich/Reinsburg area. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance throughout the lifecycle of the project.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all on-site HSE activities and ensure full compliance with local and international safety regulations

Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and systems tailored to project needs

Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and site inspections

Deliver training and toolbox talks to staff and contractors

Report, investigate, and follow up on incidents or near misses

Liaise with project management, site teams, and subcontractors to maintain safety standards

Maintain documentation, including HSE reports and compliance records
Requirements:

Recognized qualification in HSE (e.g., TÜV, DEKRA, QHSE certification)

Educational background in either HSE-specific or Technical (Mechanical/Construction) fields

Previous experience in a similar HSE supervisory role, ideally within industrial or energy infrastructure projects

Working proficiency in English (required)

German (B1/B2 minimum) required; Spanish is a plus
