Automation Engineer

A leading provider of innovative automation solutions is seeking a talented and passionate Automation Engineer to join our team in Switzerland.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop innovative control systems and software solutions.
• Create detailed specifications and functional analyses.
• Program PLCs and HMIs using industry-leading tools like Siemens TIA Portal and STEP7.
• Commission and test systems on-site at customer locations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in industrial automation
• Experience with Siemens automation products and software
• Familiarity with other leading automation platforms (e.g., Schneider Electric, AVEVA, Wonderware)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in German and English
