Automation Engineer
A leading provider of innovative automation solutions is seeking a talented and passionate Automation Engineer to join our team in Switzerland.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop innovative control systems and software solutions.
- Create detailed specifications and functional analyses.
- Program PLCs and HMIs using industry-leading tools like Siemens TIA Portal and STEP7.
- Commission and test systems on-site at customer locations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in industrial automation
- Experience with Siemens automation products and software
- Familiarity with other leading automation platforms (e.g., Schneider Electric, AVEVA, Wonderware)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in German and English
