Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will work both independently (following a training program) and as part of a team to:

• Develop control technical descriptions (RTO).
• Participate in project meetings.
• Create and program control software.
• Build web server and supervisor applications.
• Commission control installations.
• Coordinate subcontractors, such as those responsible for panel building and wiring diagrams.
• Support the Project Leader by crafting tailored solutions for customers, analyzing project details, and ensuring team readiness.
• Conduct software quality checks and uphold high project standards.
• Provide remote support for installations and participate in a 24-hour emergency service rotation (after adequate training).

What You Bring

• MBO/HBO level in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field.

• Experience:
• Several years in measurement and control engineering.
• Familiarity with creating control engineering descriptions, programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting control systems/software.
• Experience with system integration/SCADA systems and a strong foundation in ICT.
• Knowledge of measurement and control systems (e.g., Schneider, Trend, Tridium, CentraLine by Honeywell) is a plus.

• Technical Skills:
• Understanding of ICT solutions and bus systems (e.g., BACnet, Modbus).
• Completed application course in measurement and control technology (or equivalent).

• Soft Skills:
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English (both written and spoken).
• Team-oriented, flexible, and organized approach.
• Certifications:
• VCA-VOL certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
