Senior System Engineer – Paris (Hybrid)

My client is building advanced payloads and embedded platforms that power autonomous systems in defense, space, and robotics.

They’re looking for a Senior System Engineer to lead the design and industrialization of complex sensor-processing payloads. You’ll define specifications, guide architectures, and take projects from prototyping through deployment.

What you’ll do:

• Lead payload prototyping and development.

• Optimize performance in processing, latency, and power use.

• Define and negotiate specifications with partners and customers.

• Mentor junior engineers and shape the engineering roadmap.

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years in systems engineering / embedded systems.

• Experience with complex vision-based or autonomy platforms.

• Strong skills in specifications, integration, and industrialization.

• Excellent leadership and collaboration skills.

Paris (hybrid) | €55k-€70k, Stock options, relocation support, health insurance
