Boomi Integration Specialist – US Citizens Only
Location: US-based | Remote / Hybrid | Travel: Occasional client-facing engagements
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Boomi Integration Specialist to join our team, supporting client-facing integration projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Boomi integration platform, UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM), and the ability to communicate effectively with clients at all levels. This is a US-citizen-only role due to client requirements.
This role requires a professional who is confident in client-facing situations, demonstrates strong verbal communication, and can use facial and non-verbal cues to build rapport and ensure clarity during meetings, workshops, and presentations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement integrations using the Boomi platform, ensuring seamless data flow between systems.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Support UKG Pro WFM integration projects, including configuration, testing, and optimization.
- Serve as a client-facing subject matter expert during workshops, meetings, and project reviews.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize disruption.
- Ensure documentation of integration processes, best practices, and knowledge transfer to client teams.
- Communicate project status, risks, and technical considerations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Must be a US citizen.
- Boomi certification is required.
- Hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM integrations.
- 3+ years of experience in system integration or middleware platforms, preferably with Boomi.
- Strong verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and use facial and non-verbal cues to build effective client relationships.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with HR, payroll, and workforce management processes is a plus.
Working Conditions
- Primarily remote with occasional on-site client meetings.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate client time zones and workshops.
- Must maintain a professional client-facing presence in virtual and in-person settings.
