We are seeking a Production Operator for our Drug Substance or Drug Product department on an initial 6-12 month contract, with the opportunity of a permanent position. In this hands-on role, you’ll operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment, ensuring efficient and compliant production in a cGMP-regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor equipment for drug substances (plasma processing) or drug products (formulation, fill/finish).
• Set up, calibrate, and maintain production equipment.
• Monitor production parameters, record data, and ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in quality control, safety protocols, and team collaboration to meet production goals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; technical certification in Biotechnology or related field a plus.
• 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in biopharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors.
• Knowledge of cGMP, equipment maintenance, and biopharmaceutical production processes.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with plasma-derived therapies or biopharmaceutical production.
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or cGMP-related certifications.
