The role will be completely remote

For the candidates based in the UK The contract will be inside the IR35

The project is focused on modernizing their Real Estate Asset Portfolio Management by integrating a new Fund- and SPV-Accounting system using Yardi Voyager.

To advance the implementation, the software needs to be configured, populated with data, and rigorously tested. They are specifically seeking a Business Analyst with expertise in Bookkeeping/Accounting to facilitate the migration of financial data from an external vendor into their new internal accounting platform.

Key Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial processes, and reporting standards, including IFRS/GAAP.
• Certification preferred: ACCA, CFA, or equivalent.
• Experience: Ideally, candidates with a background in accounting system configuration projects are preferred.
