Role: ServiceNow HRSD Process Consultant

Location: Remote, very rare visit to office in Germany (costs covered)

Length: 6 months, beginning January 2025

About:

This is a global end-customer, undergoing an implementation of HRSD for 30,000 employees. To support the further roll out of HRSD, they require a process consultant within HRSD who can be responsible for the Solution Design, Implementation, functional consulting, and communication between the HR & IT Function

Essential skills

• ServiceNow Functional Consulting: 5+ years
• HRSD: At least 1 x end-to-end implementation of HRSD completed as a functional consultant, architect, etc.
• Proven ability to design solutions within HRSD in a global environment
• Fluent English
