Project Developer – Renewable Energy (PV & BESS)

We are supporting a client in the renewable energy sector who is seeking a motivated Project Developer to join their expanding team. In this position, you will play an important role in the planning and delivery of renewable energy projects, from early-stage site identification through to approval.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage projects across the full development cycle

• Coordinate external partners, planning offices, and service providers

• Assist in identifying and assessing potential project sites

• Build and maintain relationships with municipalities, authorities, and local stakeholders

• Prepare, review, and manage project documentation and approval materials

Profile

• Initial experience in project development within renewable energy or a related sector

• Degree in a relevant field (e.g. environmental studies, renewable energy, planning, economics, engineering, or similar)

• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a structured working style

• Proactive, flexible, and solution-oriented mindset

• Genuine interest in advancing renewable energy

• Professional proficiency in German (spoken and written)
