Our client is seeking a Project Manager in Offshore Wind to join them at their modern office in Hamburg, where you will have new challenges and lots of flexibility.

The mission:

• You will be involved in the full lifecycle of offshore wind or shipbuilding projects, from initial planning to ongoing operations.
• Implement projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards
• Lead projects to successful completion
• Maintenance Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance concepts
• Method Development: Create and implement specific work methods, incorporating robust risk assessments
• Project Coordination: Coordinate and provide guidance throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage internal and external interfaces, including project meetings and acceptances
• Construction Oversight: Monitor construction activities and subcontractor performance
• Ensure adherence to quality control standards

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (or equivalent) in one of the following fields: Shipbuilding, Mechanical engineering, Civil engineering, Electrical engineering, Maritime technologies
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in the offshore wind or shipbuilding industry
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work effectively in teams
• High level of flexibility and adaptability
• Willingness to travel for project implementation
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
