I’m looking for an experienced Senior Controller to take on a pivotal role at the heart of my clients business, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer. This position offers strong visibility, ownership, and the opportunity to influence project and financial performance across the organization.

What you’ll do

• Lead project controlling and financial governance across complex operations and EPC projects

• Partner closely with Operations, EPC teams, and senior leadership to drive performance and transparency

• Own financial and operational reporting, including BI reports

• Oversee accounting activities and work closely with auditors and external tax advisors

• Manage and optimize workflows in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (ERP)

• Support statutory reporting and compliance (e.g. IFRS, HGB, VAT)

• Drive continuous improvement of financial processes and controls

What I’m looking for

• Strong experience as a Financial / Project Controller in a project-driven environment – Ideally Renewable Energy

• Solid knowledge of financial reporting, accounting standards, and ERP systems

• Confident stakeholder manager, comfortable working with senior executives

• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset

• German fluency
