What Awaits You
In this role, you’ll:

• Lead and deliver dynamic HR IT consulting projects focused on SAP SuccessFactors

• Manage (sub-)projects and guide clients through transformative HR processes

• Design and implement innovative HR concepts based on client needs

• Facilitate workshops and training sessions-virtually or on-site

• Strengthen existing client relationships and support their ongoing development

• Collaborate with the sales team on tailored technical proposals

Who We’re Looking For
You are someone who:

• Holds a degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Applied Psychology (AOP), or relevant HR/payroll/social insurance qualifications

• Has several years of SAP SuccessFactors experience across at least two modules, including project or sub-project leadership

• Is an agile, independent thinker who thrives on responsibility and self-direction

• Communicates clearly, confidently, and professionally in both German and English

• Has strong analytical and conceptual abilities, with a problem-solving mindset

• Enjoys working in a team-oriented, people-first environment

• Is open to travel within German-speaking Switzerland for client engagements

• Fluency in German and English is a must.
