We are seeking a Microsoft Technical Consultant to customize and support Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2018/Business Central system based on business requirements.

This role blends technical development, system configuration, and user support to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Development & Customization: Design, develop, and deploy customizations, workflows, and integrations (web services, APIs, Power Automate).
• Support & Maintenance: Provide Level 2/3 support, troubleshoot issues, and manage system performance and updates.
• Collaboration: Act as a liaison between business and IT, ensuring technical solutions meet business needs.
• Experience: 6+ years in Dynamics NAV/Business Central development and support (C/AL, AL, SQL, integrations).
• Skills: Strong understanding of business processes, system configuration, and integration tools. Experience with Agile, Azure DevOps, or Jira is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, comfortable working independently and in a team environment.
