Site Supervisor

My client are looking for a Site Supervisor to coordinate on-site activities and keep projects running smoothly from start to finish.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily site operations

• Manage teams, schedules, and materials

• Monitor safety, quality, and progress

• Address issues proactively

• Join meetings and maintain clear communication

• Be on-call occasionally (approx. every 5-6 weeks)

You’ll play a key role in the construction, renovation, and maintenance of infrastructure projects like pumping stations.

What You Bring:

• MBO-4 with 5+ years of experience or a bachelor’s in Civil/Mechanical Engineering

• Background as a supervisor or foreman

• Full-time availability (40 hrs/week)

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
