ServiceNow Solution Consultant

Location: Zurich, Basel, or Geneva, Switzerland (Hybrid/Flexible)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Solution Consultant to join our growing team in Switzerland. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, translating business requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions. You will collaborate with sales teams, architects, and delivery specialists to design, demonstrate, and deliver solutions that drive digital transformation across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, and other ServiceNow modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their business challenges and translate them into tailored ServiceNow solutions.
• Partner with sales teams to support pre-sales activities including workshops, demos, and proposal development.
• Design and present solution architectures and roadmaps aligned with client needs and industry best practices.
• Configure and prototype ServiceNow modules to demonstrate value and feasibility.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of ServiceNow solutions.
• Stay current on the latest ServiceNow product releases and market trends to provide thought leadership to clients.
• Contribute to building solution accelerators, reusable assets, and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Solution Consultant, Pre-Sales Consultant, or Functional Consultant with ServiceNow.
• Strong knowledge of multiple ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, SecOps).
• Experience in solution design, demonstrations, and workshops with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work in fast-paced client environments.
• Fluent in English; German and/or French highly desirable.
