Position: Compressed Air Service Technician
Location: Jacksonville, FL and Surrounding Areas
Compensation: $28.00 – $36.00/hour (based on experience and certifications)

A well-established industrial service provider is seeking a Compressed Air Service Technician to support their field operations in the greater Jacksonville area. This is a hands-on position responsible for the installation, repair, and routine maintenance of industrial air compressor systems at customer facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, and service rotary screw and reciprocating air compressors

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues

• Provide customers with equipment training and operational support

• Complete accurate service reports and maintain parts/tools inventory

• Participate in the on-call rotation for emergency service

• Maintain a professional, customer-facing presence on all job sites

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience servicing air compressors or similar equipment

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities

• Organized, self-motivated, and reliable with a customer-focused mindset

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Preferred Skills

• Factory-certified training (Kaeser, Ingersoll Rand, Quincy, Atlas Copco, etc.)

• Familiarity with PLCs or compressor control systems

• Experience in industrial maintenance or facilities support
