Job Title: Principal Data Engineer / Principal Data Platform Consultant

Our client is currently navigating an exciting growth phase, focusing on enhancing their Business Intelligence capabilities and refining their data management strategies. Their biggest challenge is to build and implement robust Azure data platforms that align with client needs while ensuring the highest standards of data quality.

I’m looking for someone who:

• Has a proven track record in leading and coaching project teams
• Can develop strategic and tactical project plans and execute them effectively
• Possesses excellent stakeholder management skills to guide senior stakeholders
• Has strong technical expertise in Azure data platform tools and solutions

Who is interested in:

• Supporting and advising clients on their Business Intelligence initiatives
• Actively contributing to knowledge-sharing activities within the organization
• Driving internal coaching and mentoring for BI colleagues
• Engaging in both independent work and collaborative projects with sales teams

You bring:

• Excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written
• Demonstrable knowledge and experience with one or more visualization tools
• Experience as a Data Engineer, with knowledge of Microsoft Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Databricks
• Demonstrable knowledge and experience of MS SQL Server/T-SQL
• Experience with CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery) is a plus
• Experience with Azure DevOps is a plus
