We’re Hiring: ServiceNow SPM Consultant (Technical) – German Speaking B2+
Location: Germany / Frankfurt
Are you a ServiceNow pro with a technical edge and a passion for helping businesses optimize their project portfolios? We’re looking for a ServiceNow SPM Consultant to join our growing team and deliver real impact across strategic portfolio management initiatives.
What You’ll Do:
- Implement and configure ServiceNow SPM modules (PPM, Demand, Resource, Financial Planning).
- Translate business needs into actionable workflows, dashboards, and reports.
- Advise clients on best practices and technical solutions to maximize ROI.
- Lead workshops, train end-users, and guide clients through adoption.
- Troubleshoot, integrate, and optimize the ServiceNow platform to drive efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
- German (B2+) and English proficiency.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM or related modules.
- Solid technical understanding of ServiceNow workflows, integrations, and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have:
- Agile/project management experience.
- Exposure to other ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, GRC).
- ServiceNow SPM or technical certifications.
