Project Manager – Financial – Urgent
Location: Zurich, Switzerland (Hybrid)

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Financial Close Manager to lead and coordinate the full financial close cycle across a complex, multi-entity environment. This role supports ongoing legacy-to-cloud migration activities by ensuring business-as-usual close operations run smoothly. It requires strong operational ownership, stakeholder management, and the ability to manage time-critical, highly governed processes.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain the detailed financial close calendar across Finance, IT, and Operations.
* Oversee end-to-end close execution, resolving issues and escalating risks when necessary.
* Lead daily coordination calls during peak close phases.
* Ensure governance, controls, and audit requirements are consistently met.
* Identify process improvements and support optimisation initiatives.
* Communicate clearly with senior stakeholders on status, risks, and required actions.

Skills & Experience
* Proven experience managing complex operational or financial close processes.
* Strong coordination and organisational skills under time pressure.
* Excellent senior stakeholder management capabilities.
* Familiarity with ITIL processes or work in IT-dependent environments.
* Experience in large financial institutions beneficial.
* Fluent English required.
