Exciting opportunity to join a leading ecommerce business as a remote engineer starting January 2025.
This is 12-month contract focusing on maintaining and improving scalable global systems.

Key responsibilities include:

• Operating and improving APIs, system documentation, and availability.
• Monitoring system health, troubleshooting production issues, and making high-level technical decisions.
• Deploying services using GitHub Actions on AWS EKS clusters.
• Ensuring scalable, robust, and resilient tech solutions.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Proficiency in Golang and/or Java.
• Experience with AWS EKS management.
• Experience building and maintaining systems at scale (e.g., service discovery, load balancing, circuit breakers).
• Hands-on knowledge of best practices like version control, CI/CD, automation, and testing.
• DevOps experience is highly beneficial.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
