Position: IT End-to-End Service Assurance Manager – IT Operations
Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Compensation: Up to €85,000 annually (including 8% holiday allowance) + 12.5% bonus, plus benefits
Role Overview
The IT E2E Service Assurance Manager safeguards the performance, continuity, and resilience of IT applications and infrastructure in a high-demand telecom environment. The role bridges IT, network, and business functions, ensuring service levels meet or exceed expectations and directly support customer experience.
You will manage service assurance end-to-end-from backend systems to customer-facing applications-oversee incidents, monitor KPIs, and implement improvements that prevent service disruption.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor IT and network services (RAN, Core, Transport, BSS/OSS) with real-time dashboards.

Lead incident resolution, root cause analysis, and preventive measures.

Define and track KPIs such as uptime, churn impact, and service quality.

Analyze service trends and present insights to senior stakeholders.

Liaise across IT, network, commercial, and executive teams.

Implement ITIL-based processes; drive automation, AI/ML monitoring, and self-healing systems.

Ensure compliance with SLAs, regulations, and governance requirements.

Participate in on-call rotations; promote DevOps/SRE practices.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field (or equivalent).

8+ years in service assurance or IT operations within telecom.

Strong telecom ecosystem and KPI knowledge.

Skilled with monitoring tools (Netcool, Zabbix, Dynatrace, Splunk, SolarWinds).

ITIL v3/v4 knowledge, preferably certified.

Experience with automation and AIOps.

Strong communication and executive reporting skills.
Preferred: ITIL Intermediate/Expert, TM Forum Frameworx, PMP/PRINCE2, Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), Data/Analytics.
