E&I Turnover Coordinator – Hillerød Denmark – Contract Position

Our client is looking for an E&I Turnover Coordinator who is available to join the crew ASAP.

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented E&I Turnover Coordinator to join our project team in Denmark. This role will ensure that all electrical and instrumentation systems are fully tested, documented, and ready for handover to commissioning.

General Conditions:

• Language: English
• Location: Onsite in Hillerød
• Start Date: ASAP / Sep / Oct 2025
• All-Inc Day Rate: To be discussed / depends on experience, travel costs, etc

Key Responsibilities

• Work with turnover teams to prepare and maintain E&I test packs.
• Compile and review inspection and test records for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure all as-built information is accurately reflected on turnover drawings.
• Support the commissioning team during system handover.
• Conduct system walkdowns with installation teams to confirm readiness.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in E&I system turnover, QA/QC, or commissioning support.
• Strong understanding of test packs and inspection documentation.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and update as-built records.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
