Automation Engineer.

We are looking for an experienced Automation Engineer to join our team for a contract role in Denmark. This position is ideal for a professional with expertise in ABB 800xA and GMP-regulated environments, who can execute basic design adjustments and work within S88 standards for batch process control.

Role Responsibilities:

• 800xA Expertise – Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain ABB 800xA DCS systems for process automation.
• Basic Design Adjustments – Implement minor modifications and optimizations to existing control systems.
• GMP Compliance – Ensure all automation activities align with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations.
• Adherence to S88 Standards – Apply ISA-88 batch process standards for structured and scalable automation solutions.
• Batch Management & Recipe Handling – Develop, optimize, and manage batch control strategies within the system.
• Collaboration & Documentation – Work closely with cross-functional teams, including process engineers and QA, to ensure automation solutions meet project requirements.

Candidate Profile:

• Strong hands-on experience with ABB 800xA DCS
• Solid understanding of batch management and recipe configuration
• Prior experience in a GMP-regulated environment
• Knowledge of S88 standards and their application in batch process control.
• Ability to execute basic design modifications in automation systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
