About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Senior Consultant to join our growing digital transformation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and other enterprise modules. This role requires a combination of strong technical knowledge, solution design capability, and client-facing consulting skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, and deployment.
• Advise clients on best practices for leveraging the ServiceNow platform to achieve digital transformation goals.
• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, HRSD, GRC, or SecOps.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and IntegrationHub.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and consultants.
• Collaborate with process owners and business stakeholders to ensure alignment between IT and business objectives.
• Prepare documentation, perform code reviews, and ensure quality assurance for all deliverables.
• Participate in pre-sales activities including scoping, solution design, and effort estimation.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience.
• Strong background in ITSM and at least one additional module (e.g., ITOM, HRSD, CSM, ITBM, GRC).
• Proven experience with JavaScript, Glide scripting, Flow Designer, and Service Portal development.
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture, CMDB, Discovery, and data modeling.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external tools (e.g., Jira, Azure, SAP, Active Directory).
• Strong consulting and communication skills, with the ability to work directly with stakeholders.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and at least one Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and ITIL framework.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certifications.
• Exposure to scripting in PowerShell, Python, or similar languages for integrations.
