Microsoft Exchnage Administator – Freelance – Remote

Location: Remote (ideally based in Spain)

Availability: 40 hours per week
Contract Duration: 6 months + extension

Start Date: January 2025

Our client is seeking a Solution Architect with expertise in Microsoft Exchange and Skype for Business environments. This role requires technical leadership to ensure the smooth functioning of enterprise communication platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize Exchange 2016/2019 and Skype for Business 2015 environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to fulfill business and IT requirements.
• Maintain technical documentation and contribute to implementing next-gen solutions.
• Provide expert support to IT teams and identify opportunities for improvement.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• 10+ years’ experience with Exchange 2016/2019, Skype for Business 2015, and PowerShell.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Exchange Hybrid setups.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD, and Microsoft Information Protection.
• Proficient in ADFS, NTLM, Kerberos, SAML, F5 Big IP, and VMware.
• Experience with Exchange/Skype migrations to M365 and Contact Center solutions is a plus.
