This is a global customer looking CRM Solution Architect to lead the implementation of a Customer Service (CS) solution for their global business.

Essential Skills

• 7+ Years within D365 CRM Consulting
• 3+ Years as a Solution Architect for D365 CRM
• At least 2 end to end implmentations of D365 CRM, including designing the template and being involved in the strategic template creation for a global project
• Fluent English
• Able to design, implement, face off with stakeholders, and oversee entire CRM implementations for D365 as an SA.
