Your Responsibilities:

• Manage IT infrastructure solutions for SME customers, both remotely and on-site.
• Deliver 1st and 2nd level support to customers, ensuring seamless service.
• Advise SME customers on enhancing and streamlining their digital work environments.
• Collaborate on complex IT projects with experienced ICT Project Managers and Solution Architects.
• Maintain and optimize customer solutions post-project completion.
• Work hands-on with cutting-edge technologies, especially in cloud computing within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Your Profile:

• Completed training in computer science (e.g., EFZ specialization in platform development, ICT specialist EFZ) or equivalent; Microsoft certifications are a plus.
• Experience with or eagerness to learn cloud computing, focusing on Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune/Autopilot, and related technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft client/server infrastructures, networks, and backup solutions.
• Some experience in external IT services and customer support is advantageous.
• A self-motivated individual who thrives independently, demonstrates precision, and is service-oriented.
• A communicative team player with excellent German.
