We’re now looking for exceptional graduates to join our Graduate Delivery Consultant (Recruitment) Programme in our Umhlanga office.

• Law, Science, Technology / IT, Psychology, Business Studies

You don’t need recruitment experience, we’re looking for people with the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.

Our 4-Week Graduate Programme

We’ve designed a structured programme to give you the knowledge, confidence, and practical experience needed to begin your recruitment career.

Week 1 – Welcome to Darwin & Learning the Business

• Meet the team and learn about our culture and values
• Introduction to the recruitment industry and STEM markets
• Understand how Darwin operates globally
• Training on internal systems and recruitment tools
• Candidate management and CRM training
• End-to-end recruitment process overview

Week 2 – Shadowing Top Consultants

• Work alongside experienced Recruitment Consultants
• Observe client meetings and candidate interactions
• Learn best practices from successful recruiters

Week 3 – Hands-On Recruitment

• Source candidates for live vacancies
• Conduct candidate screening and interviews
• Build your own network with ongoing coaching and support

Week 4 – Graduate Assessment

• Demonstrate everything you’ve learned
• Receive feedback from leadership team
• Successful graduates progress into a Recruitment Consultant role with continued development and career progression
