In week two, you'll dive into the systems and recruitment tools we use daily, how to manage candidates, and the end-to-end recruitment process.
Halfway Mark
In week three, you'll shadow live consultants, gain exposure to client interactions, and learn best practices from our in-house experts.
The Last Step to the Future
In week four, we're leaving no stone unturned by exposing you to live recruitment activity; client and candidate process execution; building your network; and final coaching and feedback sessions, with an overall assessment of progress.
