Pump Mechanic – Spring, TX
Pay: $30-$35 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (Overtime & Occasional Saturdays)
Key Responsibilities

Perform complete teardown and rebuilds of centrifugal and positive displacement pumps.

Inspect, measure, and document findings using micrometers, calipers, and precision gauges.

Ensure all repairs meet OEM specifications and quality standards.

Collaborate with team members and take feedback constructively.

Maintain a clean, organized work area within both teardown and assembly environments.

Occasionally support field service work as needed.
What We’re Looking For
-
3-5 years of hands-on experience working with centrifugal and positive displacement pumps.

Proven ability to tear down, rebuild, and reassemble pumps independently.

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
-
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
-
Proficient with precision measuring tools.
