About the Opportunity

On behalf of our client, a leading global consultancy with a strong footprint in Zurich, we are currently seeking a highly motivated Implementation Consultant with deep expertise in Atos technologies and services.

The Role

As an Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Atos-based solutions, ensuring a seamless and value-driven experience for enterprise clients. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal technical teams, stakeholders, and global delivery centres to translate business needs into sustainable digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or support the implementation of Atos platforms and services, tailored to client environments.

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements and solution architecture.

• Coordinate with internal teams to manage deployment, testing, and go-live activities.

• Deliver workshops, training, and documentation to support adoption and sustainability.

• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high quality and client satisfaction.

• Engage in pre-sales technical discussions and contribute to solution design.

✅ Ideal Candidate Profile

• 3-5+ years’ experience in consulting, systems integration, or solution delivery.

• Proven experience with Atos technologies, such as:

  • SAP (S/4HANA, FICO, MM, etc.)

  • Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP)

  • Cybersecurity Solutions (SIEM, IAM, Risk & Compliance)

  • Digital Workplace (Microsoft 365, Virtual Desktop)

  • Data & AI (Atos Codex, BI tools, ML frameworks)

• Strong understanding of IT architecture and enterprise systems.

• Hands-on experience delivering client-facing projects within complex environments.

• Familiar with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies.

Language Requirements

• Fluent German (spoken and written) – essential

• Fluent English – required for working in international teams.

Preferred Certifications

• Relevant vendor certifications (e.g., SAP, Azure, AWS, CISSP, ITIL).

• Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Scrum).
