CSR & Sustainability Program Lead

I’m looking for someone who:

• Has proven expertise in CSR or sustainability program management, ideally in food or manufacturing sectors.
• Possesses deep knowledge of ESG frameworks (e.g., IFRS, ESRS, TCFD, EU Taxonomy).
• Is fluent in Dutch and English, with strong skills in financial & non-financial reporting, auditing, and data analysis.
• Has experience with ERP systems and sustainability tools for automated reporting.
• Demonstrates excellent program/project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Brings change management expertise and can align teams with sustainability goals.

Who is interested in:

• Developing and leading CSR strategies and initiatives aligned with sustainability goals.
• Engaging with key stakeholders to drive internal and external partnerships.
• Creating and managing CSR communications, campaigns, and reports (both internal and external).
• Ensuring compliance with CSRD and other regulatory standards, managing KPIs and governance policies.
• Overseeing program monitoring and progress across various operating companies.
