Software Engineer – Full-time

We’re looking for a collaborative Software Engineer to join a small, cross-functional team building an AI-driven SaaS product. You’ll contribute across the stack – from APIs and back-end services to front-end features and platform reliability – and help the product scale as the business grows.

Location: Netherlands – hybrid (office + remote)
Salary: €70,000-€110,000 gross (full-time)
Type: Full-time

What you’ll do

• Design, build and maintain back-end services and APIs that power the platform.

• Implement front-end features and collaborate with UI/UX designers.

• Contribute to and learn from peer code reviews to raise engineering quality.

• Improve deployment, CI/CD, monitoring and observability to keep the platform reliable.

• Work in short iterations and deliver measurable value quickly.

What we’re looking for (required)

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, or equivalent experience.

• Proficient in Java and familiar with modern Java frameworks.

• Experience with modern front-end frameworks (Angular is a plus).

• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a small team; constructive during code reviews and quality discussions.

Nice-to-have

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and cloud-native tooling.

• Familiarity with Prometheus/Grafana or similar observability tools.

• Exposure to LLMs/AI systems or a strong interest in learning more.

• Dutch language skills are a plus.
