· Maintain and evolve our design system, focusing on design tokens.

Qualifications:

· 7-10 years of work experience with strong interest in design operations.

· Proven experience designing for mobile (iOS & Android) and web applications.

· Understanding of UX principles, accessibility (WCAG), and data-driven design.

· Proficiency in front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with experience in either Vue.js or Web Components.

· Familiar with mobile design systems, e.g. Material

· Experience building and scaling design systems in Figma/Storybook.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Bonus Points:

· Experience with specific AI design tools.

· Contributions to open-source design systems.
