Role: Technical IT Project Manager for Billing/Finance system
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria
Length: 12 month B2B Contract
About:
We are supporting a newly secured project with a confidential client in the new energy sector, focused on the implementation and support of a proprietary billing system. This is a high-priority initiative requiring immediate onboarding of skilled professionals. The project is based in Sofia, Bulgaria, and requires local presence and fluency in Bulgarian.
Essential skills:
- PMP or equivalent certification
- Technical background with IT delivery experience
- Familiar with testing, data migration, and architecture planning
- Proven project leadership in energy sector or billing systems
- Excellent client communication in Bulgarian
- 5+ Years as an IT Project manager in above areas
