What You’ll Do:

• Design and Develop: Create cutting-edge automation control systems using industry-leading technologies like Siemens PCS7 and Rockwell PlantPAX.
• Technical Expertise: Develop comprehensive technical documentation, from functional safety studies to detailed design and operations manuals.
• Client Collaboration: Engage with clients to understand their unique needs, building strong relationships and delivering tailored solutions.
• Global Impact: Travel to international project sites to oversee installations and commissioning, ensuring smooth operations and efficiency.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a talented team of engineers and technicians, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with industrial automation systems
• Proven expertise in PLC control systems, particularly for FMCG, Food & Beverage, and Home & Personal Care industries
• Deep knowledge of BATCH-driven control systems and proficiency in PCS7 and PlantPAX programming
• Strong skills in SCADA and HMI design, including WinCC, FactoryTalk SE, and Aveva
• In-depth understanding of safety systems, including safety relays and safety PLCs
• Proficiency in communication protocols like Profibus, ProfiNet, and Modbus
• Experience with LAN and WAN network design and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with IEC 61508 and IEC 6151 standards for software specification and design
• Ability to create comprehensive technical documentation, including FDS, FAT/SAT, and O&Ms
• Proven track record in full project lifecycle management, from design to commissioning
• Strong technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including fluency in English
• A proactive, self-motivated approach and a passion for continuous learning
• Willingness to travel internationally and work flexible hours
