They are seeking Senior technical support / Hotliner experience, to begin in a dynamic and fast paced role.
The position involves customer support and troubleshooting, resolve hot escalations, advise on how to avoid potential future issues on a technical level, alongside building a strong working partnership with key accounts.
Requirements centre around:
- Technical background
- CAD/CAM software knowledge
- Sheet metal experience
- Dutch/English speaking
