We’re looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst. If you have experience in ServiceNow implementation, gathering requirements, and optimizing workflows, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs
- Design and optimize ServiceNow workflows and processes
- Support configuration, testing, and deployment
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience with ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
