This is a high-priority initiative requiring immediate onboarding of skilled professionals. The project is based in Sofia, Bulgaria, and requires local presence and fluency in Bulgarian.

Essential skills:

• PMP or equivalent certification
• Proven project leadership in energy sector or billing systems
• Excellent client communication in Bulgarian
• 5+ Years as Project manager in above areas
