We’re looking for a Senior Development Manager to work with a global IPP and take full ownership of large onshore wind projects in Germany, leading them from land acquisition through to Ready-to-Build (RTB). You’ll join an established development team and play a hands-on role in driving projects forward, with clear accountability for timelines, risk, and permit maturity.

The role focuses strongly on BImSchG permitting, site planning, and coordinating with authorities, landowners, and consultants. You’ll manage key stakeholders throughout the development process and ensure projects are robust, bankable, and ready for construction.
