Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, targeting and formats to continuously improve campaign performance.
-
Prepare and maintain performance reports – exporting data, organising it in spreadsheet templates, and providing insights to the wider team (experience with Looker is a plus).

Work closely with internal brand, creative, and analytics teams to align campaigns with overall brand messaging and goals.
-
Keep up-to-date with social media and digital advertising trends, ensuring campaigns use current best practices.
