Your Role

• Managing projects from the planning phase through to execution and final acceptance, specifically in the area of special machine construction.
• Oversee resource allocation, budget management, and ensure adherence to deadlines, costs, and quality benchmarks.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers and internal departments, including design, sales, and procurement.
• Coordinate all involved departments and facilitate effective internal communication.
• Continuously improve project management processes to enhance efficiency and outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills

• Degree in engineering with a specialization in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, automation technology, or equivalent training as a certified technician.
• Professional experience in project management and project execution within the fields of plant engineering or special machine construction, ideally with a background in laser technology.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to think analytically and solve problems effectively.
• Excellent communication abilities and a proactive, customer-focused work style.
• Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
