We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Developer to enhance HR service delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement ServiceNow HRSD solutions, including Case Management, Knowledge Management, and Lifecycle Events.
• Document technical processes, designs, and user guides.
• Customize and configure the HRSD platform to align with business requirements.
• Integrate HRSD with other ServiceNow modules and external systems.
• Troubleshoot, test, and optimize the platform for peak performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of experience in ServiceNow HRSD development,
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experienced in ServiceNow core modules and web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
• Knowledge of other HR systems (HCM, SAP SuccessFactors).
• Experience with system integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs) and data migration.
